A year of phone and e-mail support

A year of phone and e-mail support is included in the purchase price of your DYNO-MAX software license. Beyond that period, unlimited no-charge access to our web site’s support section continues. Additionally, free “Maintenance Releases” (not including 1.0 increment “Major Upgrades”) may occasionally be supplied (by downloading from the support site).

Priority Support Plans

“Priority Support Plans” (PSP) may be purchased in additional 12-month blocks. This ensures you of continued personalized phone (or e-mail) answers to your questions. A PSP also permits you to e-mail example test runs to our support engineers for technical assistance. Additionally, all “Major Upgrades,” released while you are under a Priority Support Plan, may be downloaded − at no additional charge!

Important: It is the licensees responsibility to download (applicable) updates during their plan’s period − retroactive downloading, after expiration, is not allowed.

Warning: Never pay anyone for “used” DYNO-MAX software! DYNO-MAX Software Licenses are non-transferable, and we vigorously prosecute software piracy! If you’re buying a used system that supposedly “includes” DYNO-MAX software, you are paying for something that you cannot legally use. Also, all support plans are non-transferable and expire with relicensing.
